Created a little utility to monitor the builtin Windows XP Firewall.  XPFiremon is a system tray application that will monitor the settings and services associated with the Windows firewall to ensure they are running.  If they are disabled a warning is popped up onto the screen and the system tray icon will turn red.  Windows should also alert you if the firewall is disabled but depending on the circumstances it appears slow to do so.  It's also comforting to many users to see something saying that their protection is active and not just inactive.  The program allows the user to configure, start, and stop the firewall.  You must be an administrative user to manage the firewall(and maybe monitor it).  I have a few more features I'd like to add as this is just the initial release.  If you have problems let me know(email address in the readme.txt).  Enjoy!
